As a store manager I want the Unit Cost displayed for an Open Transfer to reflect the Metric unit so that it reflects inventory movement in my store

- Current Unit Cost show the cost of the Base Unit, not the Metric Unit
Acceptance Criteria
- Confirm when an Open Transfer is viewed, and the store is configured to display Metric Unit, the Unit Cost on the Transfer Details page correctly reflect the Metric Unit transferred, in terms of the metric unit
- Confirm when an Open Transfer is viewed, and the store is configured to display Base Unit, the Unit Cost on the Transfer Details page correctly reflect the Base Unit transferred, in terms of the base unit
