      Story

      As a user, I would like an EOM section with a link to the Last Distributor Invoice form on CFA home.

      1. The new section is titled "Last Distributor Invoice"
      2. The section includes a link labeled "Distributor Invoice Form" in the title bar
        1. The link directs the user to the following URL: https://forms.office.com/r/HD8Nd9j5ue
        2. The linked page opens in a new tab
      3. The new section is open by defaults but the user can collapse it if they choose.
      4. The new section is read only and will never be in the "Review Task" state or "Completed" state. Those buttons are not a part of the section.
