2022 R5 Testing CLONE - Calculated On Hand Added to Review Count

As a user, I would like to be able to review the calculated on hand for items in my count before I apply the count.

Details

Let's show some data.

We should update the Review Count page so that the user understands exactly how the on hand will be impacted when they are using this new feature. This information should help the user to understand how and why the on hand gets calculated. We will add 2 new columns to the Review Count page.

1. "Item Activity"
2. "Calculated On Hand"

New Config

Mobile > Inventory > Show Calculated On Hand Details: Review Count
Text: This permission enables the Calculated On Hand review page in inventory counts. This should only be enabled if also using Recalculate On Hand on Count Apply

With the "Show Calculated On Hand Details: Review Count" ENABLED

1. There are 2 new columns in the Review Count page:
   1. "Item Activity"
   2. "Calculated On Hand"
2. These columns come after the "Total Cost Value" column and are at the end of the table.
3. The "Item Activity" is the delta value that we calculated in stories CFAMX-19621 and CFAMX-21528
4. The "Calculated On Hand" value is the value that will be applied to the system on hand when the user applies the count. Again see CFAMX-19621 and CFAMX-21528
5. The "Item Activity" and "Calculated On Hand" are updated when the page is loaded or the page is refreshed.

1. The 2 new columns should not display if the site is not configured to display them
2. When "Recalculate On Hand on Count Apply" is DISABLED and "Show Calculated On Hand Details: Review Count" is ENABLED the Calculated On Hand value should be the same as the counted value.

1. In all config states, the "Cost" and "Counted" columns are flipped. The "Cost" column and data comes before the "Counted" column and data.
   

1. Tool Tip - We need a tool tip for for the Calculated On Hand number so that the user understands what that value means. The tooltip should be next to the "Calculated On Hand" column header. Tooltip details
