Items on the Purchase Order Guide should match the items enabled in Maintain Order Guide

      When an item has DiscontinueDateOverrideEnabled as zero in vendorentityitem and this item is changed to inactive from the OrderGuide page we are seeing this issue.
      In theory when the DiscontinueDateOverrideEnabled is zero, the item shouldn't be edited. But this is not the case now. To fix this this I added the condition to exclude the item which are changed to inactive from OrderGuide page.

      Purchase Order Guide Report is showing items while it is marked as inactive in the Maintain order guide page

      I Navigated to InFORM>Create order and created a test order. When you select actions >Print order details the items are listed on the report.
