Paid In/Out button not working as expected

Defect Details:

The Add Paid In/Out button on the Add Paid In/Out modal remains greyed out after all the criteria to activate it has been met

Steps to Reproduce:

1) Log in to MxNext
2) Navigate to settings -> Paid In/Out Categories
3) Click the +Add Paid In/Out button
4) Enter a unique List Option ID
5) Enter a unique Description
6) Select a Region

Expected Results:

The Add Paid In/Out button must be active.

Actual Result:

The Add Paid In/Out button remains greyed out.
