Review all of the different logging approaches (probably mostly Server Manager processes and Mobile Services) and determine the desired Logging approach. After that start generating stories to convert areas by functional \ logical areas (i.e. Forecast Generation, Ordering, Counts, Exports, Imports, etc.).
At the end of this story we expect a prototype of how this will work. We expect to be able to demo this prototype to other teams so that they could make use of this pattern if it would benefit them.
Look at ELK stack, or Splunk as possible technologies to use for this solution.
We expect to timebox this to 1 developer 1 sprint.
