As a store manager I want to view the apply date of the order that I am correcting so that I can change the apply date if needed
Notes
Click on Save - Display Apply Time - If you have Change Apply Date permission
- Allow Change of Apply Date
- Trigger new process to Change Apply Date and Correct Receive in one operation (from user perspective)
- Fire SO Export
- Check the security setting:
- Inventory - Ordering - Can Change Apply Date
- If the user is assigned this permission, prompt them to review/change the apply date
- If the user does NOT have this permission, continue the Correct Receive process as it is today
- This is a combination of Correct Receive and Change Apply Date
- Chick-fil-A have requested that in addition to using the Shipped Quantities as the starting point of this new order, the user also be prompted to enter a new date and time
Acceptance Criteria
Given that a user is performing a Correct Receive action
And has permission to Change the Apply Date
When the user clicks on Save Changes
Then they will be prompted to review the Apply Date
And have the ability to Change the Apply Date
Given that the user chooses to change the Apply Date
When the Order is processed
Then a Change Apply Date
And Correct Receive process are performed together
Given that a user is performing a Correct Receive action
And does NOT have permission to Change the Apply Date
When the user clicks on Save Changes
Then the Correct Receive process will be completed as today
- Confirm that documentation around this process is update
- Confirm that the SO Export is only fired once, and contains all of the relevant data when the order quantities and Apply Date are changed
