As a store manager I want to have access to a new Maintain Order Guide page so that I can mange the items displayed when creating an order

- New configuration setting - to enable piloting of this page by store
- New Security Setting - to restrict access to the page at the store level
- Add new page
Acceptance Criteria
- Confirm that there is a new Configuration Setting:
- Mobile > Reporting > Allow Access To Maintain Order Guide
- By default the config setting should not be selected (i.e. by default it is off)
- Confirm that there is a new Security Setting:
- Mobile > Administration - Maintain Order Guide - Can Access
- By default the security setting should not be selected (i.e. by default it is off)
- There is only one security setting for this page, if the page can be accessed data can be entered/updated
- When this Security Setting is set to true, the Order Guide page will be available in the menu, under the Inv & Order Setup menu group
- Confirm that there is a new Order Guide page
- Example of MMS page (/MMS_Manage_OrderGuideItems.aspx):
- Confirm that the page is available in the Help Articles
- Confirm that the page is available to be added to the MMS menu
- Confirm that Help Articles can be linked to the page when viewed in MMS
