Add Restaurant Facing Configurations for Suggested Order Quantities

      Description

      As we consider rolling SO out to the chain, we're thinking about how to empower restaurants to use suggested quantities or not. We were thinking a restaurant-facing toggle that removes suggested quantities (but keeps all the other features of suggested ordering) if they prefer to continue using usage ordering

      This feature has evolved to support two options for the restaurants to opt in/out of, these are:

      1. Set Suggested Quantity to zero
      2. Build To:Hide/Non-Suggested Items/All Items

      These options will be independently controlled via configuration

      Configuration
      1. Configuration Manager > Mobile > Ordering > Display Order Settings Page
        • Determines whether the Order Settings page is displayed or not, works in conjunction with either of the Security Items (Mobile > Settings - Order Settings - Can Zero Suggested Quantity & Settings - Order Settings - Can Edit Build To)
        • By default this setting is Off
      2. Security permission (which will be used to control Set Suggested Quantities to Zero)
        • Mobile > Settings - Order Settings - Can Zero Suggested Quantity
      3. Security permission (which will be used to control how the Build To Column is displayed)
        • Mobile > Settings - Order Settings - Can Edit Build To
        • Note: The Build To setting is only displayed if the store is set to Follow Store Specific Configuration for Display Build To Column on Item Maintenance and Ordering
