[UI] Refactor more areas to use new common Controller

      Description

      The Customer Management pages have been converted and now we need to refactor other areas to use. When this is complete Automated tests need to be created as well to cover regression testing moving forward.

      There are 167 controller files in the solution that were written before the common controller. It wouldn't make sense to update all of them, since some are just for modals, dialogs, or very simple pages. But at least 100 could benefit from using the common controller.

      This is a major undertaking, but it can be taken a section or even a page at a time. There's no need to do every page at the same time.
