As a store manager, I want the Create Order page to reflect that I have chosen to Set Suggested Quantities to Zero so that I can leverage the details of the ordering algorithm and enter my own order quantity
Notes
- This functionality already exists for Usage Stores, based on the configuration setting (Inventory > Purchasing > Set order quantity to zero)
- When set for Usage stores, the result is that the order quantity for items is set to zero
- This feature is to mimic this behaviour, we should not try to leverage the existing configuration, instead, use the code that it invokes
- In addition to setting the Ordered Quantity to zero, there are other changes required as well
- This is ONLY applicable to Suggested Ordering stores
Acceptance Criteria
- Confirm that when a Suggested Ordering store has opted to Set Suggested Quantities to zero (
CFAMX-3295), and the Create Order page is loaded, the Order Quantity is set to zero for Suggested and Not Suggested Items- Confirm that if the item has a User Default Quantity (Item Maintenance) defined, then that quantity is used rather than zero
- Confirm that when using the Correct On Hand functionality within an order that is set to set Ordered Quantity to zero, that an updated on hand, which will update the Suggested Quantity, will NOT update the Ordered Quantity
- Confirm that the Order is marked as having been generated with the Ordered Quantity set to zero
- This can be used in draft mode and in the Suggested Order Export
- This needs to be stored with the order so that if the order is reviewed at a later time it can be seen that the order was generated with Suggested Quantities Set To Zero
Confirm that the Order is marked as having been Set To Zero by the user during the Create ProcessThis will be included in the Suggested Order Export
- Confirm that when an order is generated with the Ordered Quantity set to zero it is identified on the screen
- Next to Items, the following is displayed, in Red (find a nice shade )
- (Suggested Ordering Off)
- Next to this, there should be an icon
- This icon should support a popover
- The content of the popover should be available in Text Translations
- To switch on Suggested Ordering go to User > Settings > Order Settings
- Next to Items, the following is displayed, in Red (find a nice shade )
- Confirm that when an order is generated with the Ordered Quantity set to zero, the inline message shown below non-suggested items is NOT displayed for any items in the order
- Confirm that when a Draft order is viewed,
the criteria defined above (for Create)*new 4/19 AC 5 & 6 are met
