      Description

      Story
As an Operator, I would like the period locked after finalizing my End of Month.

      Details
After performing all steps for the end of month process, the period should be locked and finalized. The user can still view the data, but not make any changes.
When all the end of month process are marked completed, a Complete End of Month button will be available. This button will trigger the final lock process.

Steps if all processes are complete:
      1. Run a check to ensure all process are completed
      2. If all processes are completed, enable the Complete End of Month button
      3. If any utility invoices have exceeded the threshold provided by CFA, display an inline grid where users can enter a reason for the variance.       Moving to separate story

      4. Select "OK" and payload will be sent to Chick-fil-A via a webservice to complete EOM.  Moving to separate story
      5. Make all sections on page read only.

      Steps when incomplete processes exist:
      1. Run a check to ensure all processes are completed.
      2. If any processes are incomplete, disable the Complete End of Month button.

      Acceptance Criteria

      1. Confirm the period is locked after the end of month process is completed.
      2. Confirm the monthly inventory count is moved to the next period.
      3. Confirm the End of Month page displays a button for finalizing the End of Month process after all processes are completed.
      4. Confirm the button is hidden if any of the processes are not completed.
      5. Confirm a warning message is displayed when the user selects the button letting them know they are about to close the period.
      6. Confirm the sections on the page are read only after the period is closed.
      7. Confirm the user can navigate by month through the closed period.
      8. Confirm the monthly inventory count is moved to the next period.
