      Description

      As a product owner I want the work performed in CFAMX-1299 to be rolled back so that the Menu Item Cost import is not processing the Fair Market Value

      Notes

      Acceptance Criteria

      1. Confirm that the Menu Item Cost Import is updated to NO LONGER include the Optional field for the Fair Market Value
      2. Confirm that the validations are updated to no longer look for the Fair Market value
      3. Confirm that if the Fair Market Value is included in the header record, it is not processed
      4. Confirm that the Menu Item Cost Import passes all regression tests
