Story
As an Operator, I would like the ability to enter a reason why utilities have exceeded the expected tolerance.
Details
Chick-fil-A will pass utilities to InFORM when they have exceeded a threshold specified by the corporate office. The user will have the ability to enter a reason into a text field specify why the utility has a variance. This will be a one time message displayed during the end of month process. The reason fields are not mandatory.
Logic
If any utility invoices have exceeded the threshold provided by CFA, display an inline grid where users can enter a reason for the variance.
The user will have the ability to input text into a text box.
After the desired text has been entered, a payload will be sent to Chick-fil-A.
The user does not have to enter reasons for the variance.
Acceptance Criteria
Confirm a grid exists displaying invoices that have exceeded a tolerance specified by CFA.
Confirm the Utility field exist in the grid
Confirm the Variance field exist in the grid
Confirm the Reason field exist in the grid
Confirm the Reason field accepts text input.
Confirm the Reason field has a text limit of 2000 characters.
Confirm the reason fields are not mandatory
