Negative On Hand - Create Order Changes

As a store manager I want the create order page to be updated to alert me when Suggested Inventory Items have a negative On Hand so that I can take action to correct the situation

What is an item that has a negative on hand?

• Only items that meet the following criteria will be flagged as having a negative on hand:
  • Account Class of Item = IV
    • Wizard > Manage Inventory Items > Base Information
  • Item is a Suggested Item, based on the restaurant level setting
    • If a restaurant has marked a HO Suggested Item as Not Suggested, it will not be included as an item to be flagged is the on hand is negative
  • The item has a negative on-hand value (less than zero)

On the Create Order & Draft Order screens, the following areas will be updated:

• Changes only displayed when the new configuration option is set to true
• On Order Column (Manage Columns / Item Details)
  • Negative On hands will be displayed in Red
• On Hand row, Suggested Details panel
  • Negative On hands will be displayed in Red
• Item Filter
  • A new filter option will be added:
    • Negative On Hand(s)
    • 
  • Once selected, will show ALL items that have a negative on hand.
    • Including those that are not highlighted, such as Non Suggested Items and Expense Items
• 
• Panel Header, verbiage added next to the Items label:
  • All items that have a negative on hand are included in this filter view.

Acceptance Criteria

• Confirm that the elements defined in this ticket are only displayed when the configuration option (CFAMX-3962) is set to true for a restaurant
• On Hand Column
  • Confirm when an item has a negative on hand, as defined above, the On Hand Value in the On Hand Column is displayed in Red
  • Confirm when an item has a negative on hand, and the item is a non suggested item, the on hand column is not displayed in red
  • Confirm when an item has a negative on hand, and the item is an Expense Item (Account Class = EX), the on hand column is not displayed in red
• Suggested Details panel > On Hand Row
  • Confirm when an item has a negative on hand, as defined above, the On Hand Value in the On Hand value is displayed in Red
  • Confirm when an item has a negative on hand, and the item is a non suggested item, the on hand value is not displayed in red
  • Confirm when an item has a negative on hand, and the item is an Expense Item (Account Class = EX), the on hand value is not displayed in red
• Item Filter
  • Confirm there is a new item filter, Negative On Hand(s)
  • Confirm when the filter is selected the items displayed include ALL items on the order that have a negative on hand (whatever the item type Suggested/non suggested, Inventory /Expense)
• Panel Header
  • Confirm when the Negative On Hand(s) filter is selected, a message is displayed in the panel header
  • Confirm when the store is configured to Set Suggested Quantity to Zero, the new message is displayed alongside the Suggested Ordering Off message
