As an operator I want to see a message to tell me that an account is inactive so that I can fix the TBC
Notes
- Use case
- A customer account is active on the POS
- The account is made inactive in InFORM (Note: accounts can only be made inactive when the account balance is $0.00)
- Before the account update is downloaded/processed by the POS, a TBC is tendered, and the customer is selected
- The TBC is processed by InFORM, but the customer is InActive
- A message is displayed informing the user that the customer is inactive
- The user must fix the TBC, pick a different customer, before being able to complete TBC's for the business day

Acceptance Criteria
- Confirm that the TBC is processed by InFORM after the customer has been set to inactive
- Confirm that when viewing the TBC's for the day, a message is displayed informing the user that the customer is inactive
- Confirm that the TBC must be corrected in order to complete the TBC task for the day
- Confirm that the corrected TBC is included in the CDS Export for the day
- Confirm that the MMS code has NOT been blindly copied without a full understanding of the processes being demonstrated
