As an operator I want to know that a TBC has an associated collected sale so that I do not have to make any changes to that record
Notes
Use Case
- A TBC is processed from the POS, and a customer is selected
- The TBC can be viewed on the TBC page
- A Collected Sale is processed on the POS, for the same customer as the TBC
- On the collected sales page, the collected sale is used to pay for the TBC
- When viewing the TBC on the TBC page:
- There should be some visual indication that the TBC is no longer available
- It should not be possible to edit the details of the record (Account Name, Invoice #, Description)
- If the user then goes to the Collected Sales page, an unapplies the Collected Sale from the TBC, when viewing the TBC on the TBC page, it should be available for edits
How does MMS do it?
- The row is grayed out (disabled)
- A lock icon is displayed
- User cannot edit Account Name, Invoice # or Description
