Order Delivery Schedule - New page and config

As an operator I want access to a new page that will allow me to configure a delivery schedule for distributors associated to my restaurant

Notes

• All distributors (vendorentity) that are associated to the store should be available for selection
• New Configuration Option and Security Setting
• Page accessed via User > Settings
  • 
• New blank page with a Distributor selection

Acceptance Criteria

1. Confirm that there is a new configuration setting:
   • Configuration Manger > Mobile > Ordering > Allow Access to Order Delivery Schedule
   • text: Allow Access to the Order Delivery Schedule page, under User > Settings.
   • By default this setting should be Off (not checked)
2. Confirm that there is a new Security Setting
   • Security Groups > Mobile > Settings - Order Delivery Schedule - Can Access
   • If a user has access to the page, in combination with the Configuration setting, the user can add/edit records
   • If there are no Security Settings assigned to a user role, that relate to the User > Settings option, it should not be displayed
3. Confirm that there is a new menu item under the Store Settings, Order Delivery Schedule
4. Confirm that those distributors that have a VendorEntity relationship with the logged in store, are displayed on the page
   • something for dev to pull back and display
5. Confirm that the Header of the page is Order Delivery Schedule
