      Description

      As an operator who has select an order Delivery Schedule I want the day of the week (ddd) to be included in the Delivery Date and Cover Until date fields so that know I have picked the correct schedule

      Notes

      • Add the day of the week, in dd format, to the start of the date displayed

      Acceptance Criteria

      1. Confirm that the correct day of the week is displayed after selecting the delivery date
      2. Confirm that the correct day of the week is displayed after selecting the Cover Until date
