As an operator I want InFORM to check if an order has been created within the last X hours for the vendor for whom I am creating the order so that I do not submit a duplicate order
Notes
- Leverage the configuration added as a part of
CFAMX-6236 - When creating an order from a schedule, the process does not use the Add Order modal, as vendor, date and times are specified in the schedule
- If the user clicks on Create Order for a scheduled order, and another order has been created within the last X hours, warn the user
- If the order is in Draft, give the user the option to review the order/continue
- If the order has been Placed, Acknowledged, Shipped, Received give the user the option to review the order/continue
- If the order has been Deleted do not prompt the user to do anything
- If the order has been Cancelled do not prompt the user to do anything
- Mockup:
Acceptance Criteria
- Confirm when creating an order from an order schedule. and another order was created within the configured time for the same vendor, that the user is prompted to View that order, but can still continue to create the order if they choose to do so
- Confirm when creating an order from an order schedule. and multiple other orders were created within the configured time for the same vendor, that the user is prompted to View those order, but can still continue to create the order if they choose to do so
- Confirm when creating an ad hoc order, and orders exist for the same vendor, the existing order checks are still performed (regression)
- Modal details:
- Header: Add Order From Schedule
- Body: An order already exists for VendorName, created at time, would you like to view this order?
- Primary action: View Order
- Clicking on this will take the user to the Order Details for the order
- Cancel: closes the modal and returns the user to the Orders tab
- Continue: creates a new order, using the details in the schedule
