Create Order - Clean up validation and orders created from schedules

As a Product Owner I want a full regression to be performed against the ordering module to confirm that the changes to Scheduled Orders have not impacted the overall process

Acceptance Criteria
Ordering flow

1. Confirm that the Open Transfer check still functions
   • Config > Mobile > Ordering > Create Order - Open Transfer Management
2. Confirm that the Open Order check still functions
   • Config > Mobile > Ordering > Create Order - Open Order Management
   • 
3. Confirm that the check for a scheduled order still functions when adding an ad hoc order for the same delivery date
   • 
   • Confirm that this check does not include deleted and cancelled order in it's check
4. Confirm that the Prompt for Cover Until still functions
   • Config > Mobile > Ordering > Create Order - Prompt to enter Cover Until date and time
   • 
5. Confirm that the duplicate order check still works
   • Config > Mobile > Ordering > Create Order - Duplicate Order Tolerance Check

Scheduled Orders

1. Confirm after deleting a scheduled order, and recreating the order, that the order details (dates and times) reflect those that are in the schedule

Auto Submit

1. Confirm that orders that have items that have a multi order ratio that is not equal to 100% are successfully auto submitted
2. Confirm that orders that have suggested items that have a negative on hand are successfully auto submitted
3. Delete orders that have a zero suggested quantity (and write a very nice pretty audit)
