      Description

      As a developer I want to do some investigation so that when the team picks up this feature we will be ready to go

      Need to research

      1. Supporting a centralized image repository, within our current infrastructure, that will serve up images to a user, on whichever web server that are using to access MxConnect
      2. Find an HTML editor, that will integrate with the mobile framework and support in line editing of text and inclusion of images
