User Story
As a user of MxConnect, I would like information relevant to the company displayed on the landing page.

Details
Publish splash page content on the MxConnect Landing page.
1. The landing page should display a splash page header for each active splash page.
2. The landing page should display active splash page content.
3. The landing page should have a continue button for acknowledging content.

Acceptance Criteria:

1. Verify active splash page content will be displayed on the MxConnect landing page.
2. Verify the splash page has a header.
3. Verify the splash page header displayed matches the splash page header entered on the content page.
4. Verify the splash page displays text content
5. Verify images can be displayed on the splash page
6. Verify multiple instances of splash page content can be displayed on the content page (if they have an active status).
7. Verify the splash pages display based on the introduction date (active)
8. Verify the splash pages stop displaying when the discontinue date is in effect (inactive).
9. Verify when no splash page is active, the blank landing page displays.
10. Verify there is a button to acknowledge splash page content on the landing page.
11. Verify the button no longer publishes content after it has been acknowledged.
12. Verify when new splash page content is added and active, the button to acknowledge content is visible again.
13. Verify splash page content is present on the landing page until the acknowledge content button is triggered.
