      Description

      User Story
      As an above store user who manages Splash Pages, I would like the ability to create splash pages for different countries.

      Details
      With the addition of the Canadian market in InFORM, Chick-fil-A would like splash pages displayed based on country code.

      Development questions -
      We want to leverage the zone logic found on 'https://m.inform.jatesting.cfahome.com/#/Administration/AssignVendorItems/AssignVendorItems/12466'

      Acceptance Criteria

      1. Verify the "Add Splash Page" page has a mandatory Zone Type field.
      2. Verify the Zone Type field displays all the available Location Zone Types.
      3. Verify a location zone can be selected after the zone type is specified.
      4. Verify the available zones are determined by the zone type selected.
      5. Verify the splash page only displays for the zone it is assigned to.
      6. Verify the zone can be changed.
      7. Verify if a default zone is specified the splash page displays for all locations.
