User Story
As a corporate user entering splash page content, I want the ability to view all active or inactive splash pages.
Details
Change the filter for the splash page list view page to only be an active, inactive or all splash pages filter.
Acceptance Criteria
Verify when the Active Filter is selected, only active splash pages are displayed
Verify when the Inactive Filter is selected, only inactive splash pages are displayed
Verify when All Splash Pages is selected, both active and inactive splash pages are displayed.
