CLONE 2019R4.1 - MxC TBC: Should not be able to Select Sunday

Environment: JAT   Build:  CFA - 19.4.0.2422

Store: 00198 - Northwest Arkansas Mall
User: Store Manager
Day: Tue, Jul 28, 2019

Steps:

I navigated to the MxC TBC page above URL on Sunday and the day displayed with Saturday's data.  

Observation:  Need to remove Sundays from the calendar and not allow selection

Note from Stacy post R4 deploy
Currently from the workflow the page defaults to 11/11/2019. When I use back arrow, it goes to 11/9/2019 but when I use forward arrow the page goes to 11/10 but keeps displaying the same data as for 11/9.
