Blank ASN - After Importing a file, and creating the order - Auto Receive the order if appropriate

As an operator I want the order created by the imported ASN to be Auto Received if the vendor is configured to Auto Receive

Notes

• This is an existing process for ASN's that are received for placed orders
• The auto receive delay is set in hours
• When a delivery time is in the past, the order is automatically received
  • A message is put on the queue to receive the order at the delivery time + the auto receive delay, unless the delivery time is in the past, then receive the order immediately
• If the delivery time is in the future, a message is put on the queue to auto receive order x hours after the delivery time
  • A message is put on the queue to receive the order at the delivery time + the auto receive delay

To configure a Vendor to Auto Receive:

• MMS / https://inform.jatesting.cfahome.com/MMS_HO_Distributors.aspx
• Management > Per Restaurant
• Select Restaurant
  • Edit the vendor, set the delay hours to a whole hour

Acceptance Criteria

1. Confirm when a vendor is set up to auto receive and an order is created via ASN, and the Delivery time in the ASN is in the past, the order is auto received at that time (note: it takes a minute or two, I think that there is a job that runs every minute to process the messages)
2. Confirm when a vendor is set up to auto receive and an order is created via ASN, and the Delivery time in the ASN is in the future, the order is auto received at "the delivery time + the delay hours"
3. Confirm when a vendor is set up to auto receive and an order is created via ASN, and the Delivery time in the ASN is in the future, and the order is manually received before the message is processed to auto receive the order at "the delivery time + the delay hours", the system handles it gracefully
