Splash Page - List Page - Customer feedback

As a customer who has reviewed the splash page I would like the following changes to be made to the list view page so that it make administrating the splash pages easier.

Requests

1. Add a date range/calendar filter, based on start date
   • Default should be: Last 90 Days
2. Display the status of a splash page in the grid Active/Inactive
3. Display the zone that is assigned to the splash page in the grid
   • We make need to limit the number of characters displayed and use an ellipsis as some of the zone names are rather long
