CFA Training - need a script to copy delivery schedule to up to 600 training stores.

Chick-File-A has requested to pre-populate 2 delivery schedules for all the stores in Training3 (350 stores) and Training4 (600 stores) environments.

Need to be able to:

1: Create a Delivery schedule under Store Settings

2: When creating a new order, one delivery schedule should be available in the drop-down for the user to select.

Row 1:

Order: Monday;
Delivery: Tuesday 3am;
Cover Until: Weds at 3am

Row 2:

Order: Tuesday;
Delivery: Weds at 3am;
Cover Until: Friday at 3am
