Reports - Migrate Day Track Report to MxC and Menu

As an operator I want to be able to access the Day Track Report directly from the menu so that I don't have to go through the report portal for frequently accessed reports

• Continued migration from MMS to Mobile

Notes

• Migrate the Day Track Report to MxC
• Display the Day Track Report in the Menu, using the pattern developed in CFAMX-6908
• Report Portal > Group = Management > Day Track (Report id: 435)
• 

Acceptance Criteria

1. Confirm that the Day Track Report is migrated to the MxC Report Portal
   • Report Group = Management
   • Report = Day Track (system id: 435)
2. Confirm that the Day Track Report only allows the selection of one month
   • The current month should be selected by default
3. Confirm that the Day Track Report supports the selection of a Benchmark level
   • Available options:
     • 10%
     • 20%
     • 33%
     • 50% (Default)
4. Confirm that the Day Track Report supports the selection of Wage Rate type
   • Options:
     • Average Wage (defaulf)
     • Actual Wage
5. Confirm that the Day Track Report supports the option to Show Sunday Labor Hours (included by default)
6. Confirm that the Day Track Report can displayed on the menu, (using the pattern developed in CFAMX-6908)
7. Confirm that clicking on the menu item takes the user directly to the Day Track Report parameter page, (using the pattern developed in CFAMX-6908)
8. Confirm that when run, the Day Track Report produces the correct/expected results
9. Confirm that there is an option to generate the Day Track Report in Excel format (OK to send to download center)
