SplashPage - Splash Page Created and Ending Same Day Not Displayed

Defect: 1
Environment: Test (CFA Test)
Build: CFA - 20.1.11.2841
Browser: Chrome
Description: A Splash Page that was created and set to end on the same day does not display upon Login
User: tristan.strong1/password (Admin)
Role: Admin

Steps:
1. Login to MxConnect as User
2. Naviagate to Administration > Splash Page Editor
3. Click on the + Add Page button
4. Enter anything for the Description
5. For the Introduction Date Enter the Present Date
6. For the Discontinue Date enter the Present Date
7. Keep the Zone Type/Zone Name as Location - All
8. Enter Text into the embedded HTML Edtitor
9. Click the Save&Close button
10. Logoff and Log back in
11. Confirm Splash Page is displayed

Expected Result:
1. Splash Page should be displayed and marked Active in the Splash Page Editor
2. Page should be reflected as active backend

Actual Result:
1. Splash page is marked active in the Splash Page Editor but does not display upon login

• • I checked backend and was able to find a table that doesn't appear to be active that was used to keep track if the page was active. Is this table still being used*
