As a manager I only want to see distributors who are configured for Scheduled Ordering when I setup a scheduled order, so that I don't setup a schedule for a distributor who isn't ready
Notes
- Add a new flag to Vendor Setup, to indicate that the vendor is available for scheduled ordering
- Update the Setup Scheduled Orders page to only display those distributors that are configured for scheduled ordering
Acceptance Criteria
- Confirm that there is a new field on Vendor Setup, Scheduled Ordering
- Confirm that any changes to the Scheduled Ordering field are persisted when saved
- Confirm that the available distributors in the Distributor drop down are restricted to those vendors that are assigned to the restaurant and are marked to support Scheduled Ordering
- Confirm that if a vendor is not marked to support scheduled ordering, it is not displayed in the Distributor drop down
