As an operator I want the Processing Time to be included in the CSV that can be downloaded from the Item Maintenance page so that I can analyze my configuration in spreadsheet application

- Only include the Processing time when it is configured to be displayed at the restaurant
Acceptance Criteria
- Confirm when the CSV file is generated for a restaurant that is not configured to display the Processing Time, that the Processing Time is not included as one of the columns in the csv
- Confirm when the CSV file is generated for a restaurant that is configured to display the Processing Time, that the Processing Time is included as one of the columns in the csv
- Confirm that the Processing Time accurately reflects the values in the UI for the items
