As an above store admin I want to be able to flag a vendor as using Processing Time when generating a suggested order so that product can be suggested correctly
Notes
- Why a vendor setting?
- Orders for the PDC Distributor will not need the processing time as the whole point of PDC is to deliver the product ready to use
- The configuration will be set at the item level, not vendor item, thereby reducing the configuration needed for Processing Time
- MBM and PDC will both supply the same Chicken Filet, for MBM the filets will be frozen (requiring a processing time), but for PDC they will already be thawed (not requiring a processing time)

- Confirm that by default the setting is not checked/false
