Description

As an operator I want the details shown in the Forecast Usage popover, in the Suggested Details panel, to reflect the Processing Time Shift so that I can understand where the values came from

Acceptance Criteria

Confirm when an items Forecast Usage is adjusted by a Processing Time Shift, ~~CFAMX-8929~~, the details in the popover for Forecast Usage are updated to reflect that change
- Inside Sales Forecast - This should reflect the Forecast Usage based on the Processing Time Shift
- Deferred Order - This should reflect the Forecast Usage based on the Processing Time Shift
- Forecast Range - As is today, the difference between the Start and End Date Time components
- Processing Time - The configured Processing Time for the Entity Item, saved in the order (~~CFAMX-8929~~)
- Start - Create Order Date & Time + Processing Time
- End - Cover Until Date & Time + Processing Time

- Confirm when an items Forecast Usage is NOT adjusted by a Processing Time Shift, the details in the popover for Forecast Usage are accurate
