As a user of the item maintenance page I want the ability to export all data from the page so that I can view it in a spreadsheet application
Notes:
- In order to calculate SS and UPT values operators are looking for a mechanism to get Item Details from InFORM into a spreadsheet application
- This can be a simple csv export that is generated within the browser, it does not need to use reporting services
- The button to trigger the download will be controlled by a configuration option
- If the config is set to display the button, it should display for all views of the page
- Mockup:
Acceptance Criteria:
- Confirm that there is an option to Download a csv
- Confirm that there is a new configuration option that controls the visibility of the download button
- Operations > Setup > Configuration Manager > Mobile > Administration
- Allow Access To Download csv of Item Maintenance
- Allow Access To the Download CSV button on the Item Maintenance page in MxConnect
- By Default the configuration should be off
- Confirm that restaurants that are not configured to see the button do not have access to the button
- Confirm that if a restaurant has access to the button and clicks on the button a csv file is generated
- Confirm the file name of the file generated includes details that identify its content, for example:
- Item Details
- Restaurant Number
- Date
- This assumes that it is possible to control the filename
- Confirm that a csv file is generated and contains the correct data
- Usage Restaurant:
- Description
- Inventory Item Cost
- Inventory Unit
- On Hand
- Suggested Item
- Build To
- UPT Quantity
- UPT Auto Calc
- User Default Quantity (Assuming that the restaurant is configured to "Allow Default Order Quantity")
- If the field is not displayed in the browser it should not be included in the csv
- Suggested Ordering Restaurant:
- Description
- Inventory Item Cost
- Inventory Unit
- On Hand
- Suggested Item
Build ToThis field should NOT be included for Suggested Ordering restaurants- UPT Quantity
- UPT Auto Calc
- Safety Stock Number
- Safety Stock Auto Calc
- Safety Stock Unit
- User Default Quantity (Assuming that the restaurant is configured to "Allow Default Order Quantity")
- If the field is not displayed in the browser it should not be included in the csv
- Usage Restaurant:
- Confirm that the csv file is downloaded by the browser
