As a user maintaining the order guide I want the rules engine to update VEI's after I have deleted the End Date of a rule (CFAMX-9844)
Notes
- After deleting the End Date of a rule I want the rules engine to do it's thing!
Acceptance Criteria
- Confirm that after the End Date of an Include Rule has been deleted the discontinue date is removed for the corresponding Vendor Entity Items
- Confirm that after the End Date of an Exclude Rule has been deleted, when the job runs that re-introduces excluded items, those Vendor Entity Items are not re-introduced (as there is no longer an end date for the exclude)
