OG - Rules Engine - Update VEIs when an End Date has been deleted

      Description

      As a user maintaining the order guide I want the rules engine to update VEI's after I have deleted the End Date of a rule (CFAMX-9844)

      Notes

      • After deleting the End Date of a rule I want the rules engine to do it's thing!

      Acceptance Criteria

      1. Confirm that after the End Date of an Include Rule has been deleted the discontinue date is removed for the corresponding Vendor Entity Items
      2. Confirm that after the End Date of an Exclude Rule has been deleted, when the job runs that re-introduces excluded items, those Vendor Entity Items are not re-introduced (as there is no longer an end date for the exclude)
