Caner - Create Rules Assignment page

As an admin I want a rules assignment page so that I can configure rules to create Vendor Entity Item assignments

Notes

• This page will be accessed from the Manage Vendor Item Assignment dashboard page (CFAMX-356)
  • If a user has access to the dashboard they will have access to this page, no additional pages will be required
• To access the page, click on View Rules, or Add Rules on the dashboard page

Acceptance Criteria

1. If there is a rule configured, the button on the dashboard is labeled View Rule
2. If there is NOT a rule configured, the button on the dashboard is labeled Add Rule
3. When the page loads it contains the following elements:
   • Back button - returns the user to the dashboard
   • Item label
     • Item name, displayed next to Item label
   • Apply Changes button - not active at this time
   • Details of:
     • Who last updated the rule
     • When the rule was last updated
4. Rules grid
5. The first rules grid should relate to Zone Assignments
6. The grid should have the following columns:
   • Rule Type - Include/Exclude
   • Zone Type - List of zone types that start with Location - abc
     • Note: We could use the List Option Configuration screen to set the Zone types that are available for selection, rather than hard coding them
     • 
   • Zone Names - The names of the zones associated to the selected ZOne Type
   • Active Date
   • Expiration Date
   • Edit
   • Delete
   • Add New
7. Options for grids:
   • Paid In/Out - Single grid
   • 
   • Cashier Settlements - Accordions with grid
   • 
   • Change Fund Deposits - Different take on a single grid
